Our team caught up with Amerie Denyce Lawton – one of the stars of Tyler Perry’s “House of Payne” outside of Cecconi’s Restaurant right after the BET AWARDS — – and her backside musta come from her black side!!LOL! The chatty star looked hot in her leopard print skirt – who knew the tiny little thing had a DUNK-A-DONK!!
After we got past the fact the she was packin’ – we asked her about the infamous Boondock’s episode “Pause” that features a Tyler Perry-esque character that basically ran a homo-eroctic Christian empire. Watch the video for her ’safe’ response…hmmmmm..

Whatever Tyler wants, Tyler gets!
Yesterday we revealed that the writer of the Boondocks’ “Pause” episode [Rodney Barnes] was a former writer on Tyler’s ‘Meet the Browns’. The Boondocks episode was met with Tyler firing staff members, threatening lawsuits, and making angry calls to executives TNT!!!
This article on the LA TIMES BLOG continued the investigations we started and explains the Tyler Perry vs Aaron McGruder situation more:
Perry, who has two shows on Turner’s TBS cable channel (“House of Payne” and “Meet the Browns”) was furious about a recent episode of the animated series “The Boondocks” that ran on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim programming block. Cartoon Network also is owned by Turner Broadcasting.
The episode in question — “Pause” — which first ran June 20, lampooned Perry, the creator of several hit movies, some of whom star him as Madea, an eccentric grandmother whose antics often land her in hot water. The show, which is executive produced by Aaron McGruder, who also created the now-defunct comic strip of the same name, featured a thinly veiled version of Perry named Winston Jerome. In the episode, Jerome is shown to be a closeted cross-dresser who uses religion to hide his lifestyle.
DAMN! This is as real as it gets….LOL!
According to the pro-Tyler Perry site ROLLINGOUT MAGAZINE the ‘Boondocks’ episode that clearly depicted a character that represents Tyler Perry was written by one of Tyler’s staff members!! Was this a writer scorned?
They report:
Tyler Perry is not suing Aaron McGruder over the highly publicized “Boondocks” episode that lampooned Perry’s famous Madea character, blasted Perry’s leadership style and seriously questioned his sexuality. But Perry…is definitely ablaze with anger for the derisive and embarrassing depictions of him on the popular cartoon series.
Perry, according to this writer’s inside source, knows the identity of the person who crafted the script that McGruder aired last Sunday titled, “Pause.” The person, whose name was not available at press time, is a former staff member at Tyler Perry Studios who was fired some time ago and re-emerged on the other side of Turner, working with McGruder. Whether this episode was a vindictive, vengeful act for being terminated by Perry is not yet known. Remember, though: part of “Boondocks” appeal is the fact that McGruder routinely charbroils popular personalities for one reason or another.
According to a source, Tyler Perry is a drag queen scorned!!!
Word on the streets is the recent ’Boondocks’ episode, that mocked everything TP hit a deep nerve with the mogul. Our source claims he’s paranoid and believes it was an inside job – based on the show’s accuracy!!!
Our source also says that Madea is giving pink slips to his entire staff [not the shirtless boy wonders of course] starting Friday – - he wants to control any leaks of information about ”the compound!!”

Wow!! Just got word from @BLACKMEDIASCOOP that Mariah Carey has officially quit the Tyler Perry production of “For Colored Girls….[who considered suicide blah blah blah...]”
While no one from her team has given an exact reason, our sources speculates that it could be because she is preggers!! [Also, it seems that those two divas would never get along on a set! LOL!]
Plus with Janet Jackson also in the cast, maybe there’d be just too many ‘hags’ one the set at once! LOL! Between Janet, Mariah and all them other bishes, I’m sure the set will be ‘hag’ overload!! LOL!! Just like Miss Tyler likes it!!
According to PEOPLE, Carey withdrew from the ensemble cast that includes Kerry Washington, Loretta Devine, Omari Hardwick, Macy Gray, Phylicia Rashad, Kimberly Elise, and more Tuesday, May 25. ”I’m not at liberty to discuss her personal life at this time,” Carey’s spokeswoman Cindi Berger said Wednesday, declining to give a reason for Carey’s withdrawal. Don’t worry honey, US bloggers are at liberty to guess why!! LOL!
‘For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When The Rainbow Isn’t Enuf’ is slated to be shot this summer with an early 2011 opening in theaters.
